My favorite film

Think about a favorite thing it`s a difficult task, at least for me jajajaja, there`s so many films that I realy like, but I can only talk about one, and I think it must be the most awarded of all that I have seen, The Lord of the Rings. 

Directed and produced by Peter Jackson, Starring by Elijah Wood, Ian McKellen, Viggo Mortensen, Sean Astin, Liv Tyler, John Rhys-Davies, Orlando Bloom, Cate Blanchett, Billy Boyd, Dominic Monaghan, Hugo Weaving , Christopher Lee, Sean Bean and  Andy Serkis, I very like this film because it have a excellent script, starring, camera work, music, scenery, I realy like everything on this film.

It`s based on the books with the same name, writed by J.R.R. Tolkien who tells about the journey and adventures of Frodo, a hobbit who has the mission to carry the ring of Sauron to the mountain of the destiny and destroy it, and definitely kill Sauron. For this, he is helped by a goup of warriors and a powerfull mage unther the name “The Fellowship of the Ring”. They accompany Frodo during the first part of the travel, and defend him against a lot of foes that they meet along the travel. The most important friend of frodo it`s Sam, a hobbit who follow, defend and andvise Frodo until the end of his adventure.

The other characters fights against the hordes of Mordor, the city of Sauron in different places of the realm, facing their fears, and defending their honor and lifes against the creatures of the darkness. 

The great work of CONAF

The Metal Fest 2013


The last weekend, Chile has the honor to be the home of one of the most importants music festivals in America, The Metal Fest. The event starts like three p.m. on Movistar Arena and brings sixteen national bands on a outside satge and fourteen international bands on the main stage inside the building. There was a large line to the entrance and a lot of stores with shirts, accessories, food and cero alcohol beer (no one seems to like this jajaja), but all this things was very expensive, so I don´t buy anithing until I was very hungry, like eigth-nine p.m.

I was so excited when I take the tickets to the concert for first time (court obviously), beacuse I finally will hear Sodom live. They are one of my Death-Thrash Metal favorite band, I was in the moshpit during each of their songs and enjoyed it so much. Also, there was Arcturus, Twisted Sister and Morbid Angel, each one with their own style.

Arcturus plays Symphonic Black Metal, its vocalist ICS Vortex can sing Gregorian Chant and swicth quickly to Gutural, I don´t know how he can do this, its very difficult.

Morbid Angel is one of the pilars of the old Death Metal, they plays strong and the audience was totally crazy, jumping, running and striking everyone on their path jajajaja. Sadly, I wasn´t there, because my boots was ripped out on the moshpit of Sodom.

Finally Twisted Sister goes out, they are a Glam Metal band, like Guns & Roses, but for my preferences they are better. They plays many of their old hits, including I Wanna Rock, The Fire Still Burns and We´re Not Gonna Take It. In the last one, they make a joke to us, they know that we sing "huevos con aceite" on the chorus, and tell us "we gonna sing huevos con aceite too, because we are so fucking crazy as you" jajajaja.

There was others bands, but I don´t care about them, I just go to hear these ones, but my friend Alvaro wanted to hear all of them, so I have no choise and I had to stay there, stand, untill one a.m.

That was a very good show, I hope to see some one like this again.
